SEPTEMBER 3
♦ Jeffrey Daniel Stewart, 32, of N Broad Street, Mooresville, charged with forgery, obtain property by false pretenses and misdemeanor speeding, driving while license revoked, no insurance and no motorcycle endorsement.
♦ Jeremiah Nathaniel White, 28, of Ashe Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
SEPTEMBER 4
♦ Emily Rose Goforth, 30, of Cliffview Lane, Mooresville, charged with embezzlement by employee.
SEPTEMBER 5
♦ Joshua Andrew Moore, 36, of Ginger Lane, Mooresville, charged with interference with electronic monitoring, larceny, speeding to elude arrest and misdemeanor driving while license revoked.
SEPTEMBER 7
♦ Jaheim Jerome Wilson, 20, of Shinnville Road, Cleveland, charged with armed robbery, aid and abet robbery and larceny of a firearm.

♦ Theresa Marie Dominguez, 50, of Ellison Avenue, Beckley, W.Va., charged with possession of stolen goods.

♦ Adrian Daray Bentley, 32, of Tines Drive, Midland, charged with two counts of parole violation and speeding to elude arrest.
♦ Treavon Jamont Conley, 22, of 19th Street E, Hickory, charged with forgery of endorsement.
♦ William Charles Silverstein, 28, of Fieldstone Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
SEPTEMBER 16
♦ Christian Alberto Gonzalez, 31, of Old Statesville Road, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Eric A. Greene, 44, of Bratton Loop, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, DWI, speeding, driving while license revoked and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Marcus Deangelo Woods, 27, of Russell Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of obtain property by false pretenses, two counts of uttering a forged instrument and two counts of forgery.
SEPTEMBER 17
♦ Talib Latrell Kelly, 22, of S Oakhurst Drive, Salisbury, charged with possession of stolen property, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ Nicholas Pyaz Tucker, 34, of Rebecca Jane Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Shontae Antoinette Smith, 36, of Piedmont Pointe Drive, Mooresville, charged with sell or give a weapon to a minor and five counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
♦ Jasmine Nicole Sperlin, 20, of Cricket Lane, Gastonia, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor financial card fraud.

♦ Casandra Ann Barrera, 26, of York Road, Stony Point, charged with trafficking in opium or heroin, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and four counts of misdemeanor probation violation.
♦ Waymir Krashawn Parsons, 31, od Daley Circle NE, Concord, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and conspire to commit felony larceny.
♦ Crystal Dawn Peacock, 43, of Daley Circle, Concord, charged with larceny from a merchant and conspire to commit felony larceny.

♦ Devon Tyler Prickler, 22, of E McNeely Avenue, Mooresville, charged with safecracking, attempted breaking or entering a building, four counts of breaking or entering, three counts of larceny after breaking or entering and larceny.
