Tickets are still available for the Downtown Statesville Wine Walk, which is scheduled for Saturday, April 22.

The premier local event for wine lovers, the 2023 Wine Walk offers a chance to sample more than 70 unique wines while exploring Statesville’s downtown shops, restaurants and businesses. The event is scheduled for 3 to 7 p.m.

Wine Walk is a rain-or-shine event. All tastings are done indoors. If rainy weather sticks around for the event, bring your umbrellas and rain jackets to walk from location to location or stay dry while riding the trolley to your next destination.

Ticket includes a commemorative wine glass and 20 tasting tickets. Participating locations will be assigned a specific wine or wines and patrons will travel from place to place, using tasting tickets to sample 20 wines of their choosing. The free trolley service will be provided for quick travel around the event.

All wines being sampled will be available for purchase through Wine Maestro – Downtown Statesville.

Tickets for the 2023 Wine Walk are $25 if purchased in advance and $35 on the day of the event (if available). Sales tax and additional processing fees not included in ticket price. No refunds will be given.

Wine Walk ticket includes one souvenir wine glass, 20 tasting tickets, walking map, and wristband showing proof of age. All ticket holders must be 21 years old or above. A state-issued photo ID showing date of birth required for each ticket holder.
