Students at the Centre Ballet Conservatory of Statesville have been selected to perform in the UNCSA Festival of Dance. The students will perform at 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, in the DeMille Theatre in Winston-Salem

The Festival of Dance welcomes dance companies and schools from across the State of North Carolina for three days filled with master classes, workshops, and performances.

Dance studios can submit a piece of choreography for adjudication for the gala performance that concludes the event.

Students from Centre Ballet Conservatory have been selected to perform a piece titled “Embers Aglow” with music by Phillip Glass and choreography by Centre Ballet Conservatory owner S. Noel Ware.

Students Camille Cleaves, Caroline Cleaves, and Sarah Beth Thompson are excited to share this piece with dancers from around North Carolina.
