The public will take notice that the City Council of the City of Statesville has called a public hearings at 6:00 o’clock p.m. on the 7th day of October 2024 at the Statesville City Hall on the question of annexing the following described non-contiguous territories by petition filed pursuant to G.S. 160A-58.1: 

AX24-10 Whites Mill Subdivision
