The Full Bloom Film Festival will host an inspiring and soulful evening featuring “Amazing Grace,” the renowned documentary film showcasing the legendary Aretha Franklin, on Tuesday, June 11.

The presentation, which starts at 7 p.m., will be held at the Iredell Arts Council. Tickets cost $10.

Directed by Sydney Pollack, this extraordinary film captures Franklin’s iconic 1972 performance at the New Temple Missionary Baptist Church in Los Angeles.

Audiences will witness the power of Aretha Franklin’s voice as she performs alongside the Southern California Community Choir. This film not only highlights her incredible talent but also celebrates the passion and soul that earned her the title of the Queen of Soul.

The Iredell Arts Council is located at 203 S. Meeting Street in Statesville.
