The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
APRIL 5
♦ Ebony Janelle Coleman, 34, of Ashley Woods Drive, Mooresville, charged with financial transaction card fraud.
APRIL 7
♦ Boris Dewan Cunningham, 45, of W. Front Street, Statesville, charged with 16 counts of trafficking heroin, four counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two counts of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and seven misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Yamanek Symea Erwin, 34, of Sherwood Place NW, Lenoir, charged with five counts of identity theft.
♦ Thomas Gage Foster, 27, of Greentree Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Nicholas Dale Johnson, 30, of Alexander Street, Statesville, charged with six counts of felony probation violation.
♦ Jonathan Barry Upright, 40, of Triplett Road, Cleveland, charged with habitual larceny and misdemeanor larceny.
APRIL 9
♦ Michael Thomas Gill, 38, of E Greenbriar Road, Statesville, charged with sex offender being at or near child premises.
♦ Douglas Corbett Lee, 45, of School Road, Fayetteville, charged with larceny and cutting property to obtain nonferrous metal.
♦ Tami Renae Ruiz, 40, of Deerchase Circle, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
APRIL 10
♦ Joshua James Grob, 40, of Deerchase Circle, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Rodolfo Munoz Hurtado, 40, of Perrin Park Loop, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
