The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
FEBRUARY 23
♦ James Daniel Poage, 33, of Third Creek Church, Cleveland, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
FEBRUARY 24
♦ Casey Nicole Hines, 33, of Lakeview Drive, Statesville, charged with three counts of habitual larceny, two counts of misdemeanor conspiracy and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Anthony Jeremiah Lewis, 35, of Bell Farm Road, Statesville, charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Kameesha Lastasia Maddox, 25, of Brookfield Drive, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment and charged with misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
♦ Christopher Darlyn Whitaker, 27, of Wilkesboro Highway, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
FEBRUARY 25
♦ Wayne Leroy Owens II, 25, of Damascus Church Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Rodney James Trembley, 52, of no fixed address charged with possession of cocaine.
FEBRUARY 26
♦ Carl Anthony Cathey, 39, of Barrington Drive, Mooresville, charged with flee or elude arrest in a motor vehicle, misdemeanor communicating threats, misdemeanor hit and run and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Joshua Dean Collins, 35, of no fixed address charged with six counts of felony probation violation.
♦ Keith Rozel Grier, 22, of Old Steele Creek Road, Charlotte, charged with 17 counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, 11 counts of conspiracy and two counts of misdemeanor child abuse.
♦ Mercedes Leigh Jenkins, 34, of Loray Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Charles Smith Jr., 33, of E. Broad Street, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
FEBRUARY 27
♦ Broderick ONeal Bost, 25, of Valley Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Robert Napolean Cowan, 63, of Weathers Creek Road, Troutman, charged with embezzlement.
♦ Athena Lian Wattanakone, 25, of Regal Lane, Richland Hills, Texas, charged with larceny.
FEBRUARY 28
♦ Tavion Jamari Connor, 20, of Stokes Avenue, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
♦ Tamyaa Altavia Holland, 22, of Buffalo Shoals Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a stolen firearm and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ OBryant Keaton, 30, of Harris Bridge Road, Stony Point, charged with cruelty to animals.
♦ Brandon Ryan Mullins, 41, of Arborgate Loop, Statesville, charged with manufacture or possess a weapon of mass destruction.
♦ Dewayne Fredd Parham, 23, of Preston Road, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering and larceny after breaking or entering.
FEBRUARY 29
♦ William Joshua Crawley, 33, of no fixed address charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Brandon Wayne Presnell, 41, of Horseplay Lane, Union Grove, charged with fail to return rental property with written purchase option.
MARCH 1
♦ Joshua Shane Murdock, 43, of Cartwright Road, Harmony, charged with larceny and five counts of identity theft.
