The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
JULY 26
♦ Michael Pickard, 64, of Harris Farm Road, Mooresville, charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation.
♦ Shannon Dean Prendergast, 28, of Mooreland Road, Mooresville, charged with three counts of selling a financial transaction card, two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, two counts of misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud and misdemeanor compulsory school attendance law violation.
JULY 27
♦ Derek James Baker, 33, of W. Memorial Highway, Harmony, charged with two counts of indecent liberties with children and two counts of forcible second-degree sex offense.
♦ Jeffrey David Lippard, 46, of Doubletree Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JULY 28
♦ Michael James Larrieu, 36, of Compact School Road, Kings Mountain, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, alter or destroy evidence of criminal conduct, sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Alonzo Teale Parker, 41, of Dellwood Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation and misdemeanor making a false report to law enforcement.
JULY 29
♦ Christopher Lee Goforth, 46, of Midway Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jessica Nicole Hawkins, 44, of Mayhew Park Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Richard Dean James Jr., 35, of Westridge Drive, Statesville, charged with nine counts of burning or attempting to burn a building.
JULY 30
♦ Antwan Richard Daye, 39, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with probation violation.
JULY 31
♦ Jacob Lloyd Fountain, 27, of Harris Bridge Road, Stony Point, charged with felony probation violation.
♦ Matthew Lee Hammond, 47, of Flatcreek Road, Lancaster, S.C., charged with indecent liberties with children and two counts of first-degree sexual offense with a child under age 13.
♦ Reginald Mandel Houston II, 36, of W. Ridge Lane, Kannapolis, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor breaking or entering.
♦ Christopher Frances Ottinger, 34, of Chevy Drive, Claremont, charged with larceny, misdemeanor injury to property, misdemeanor trespass, and two counts of misdemeanor probation violation. He was also served with a true bill felony indictment.
♦ Matthew Mark Shumake, 42, of Young Street, Mooresville, charged with conspiracy and aiding and abetting.
♦ Robertino Mickel Smith II, 31, of 14th Street Place NE, Hickory, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
AUGUST 1
♦ Natalie Rhea Gregory, 26, of Bob McLelland Drive, Alexander, charged with possession of methamphetamine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ William Anthony Moran Sr., 44, of Forrest Park Drive, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Henry Leon Sterrett, 58, of White Oak Road, Mooresville, charged with sex offender/fail to notify sheriff’s office of address change
♦ James Leonard Ross Stewart, 29, of Foster Road, Cleveland, charged with identity theft and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ William Clayton Tilley, 33, of Canfield Drive, Olin, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
