The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
JUNE 28
♦ Isaiah Eugene Caldwell, 21, of Trinity Road, Charlotte, charged with discharging a firearm into occupied dwelling, three counts of breaking or entering, 13 counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, second-degree burglary, three counts of larceny after breaking or entering, two counts of larceny, three counts of larceny of a firearm, four counts of misdemeanor larceny, seven counts of card theft with scanning device, financial transaction card fraud, seven counts of conspiracy, three counts of misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud, and two counts of misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.
♦ Melissa Dawn Case, 44, of Antietam Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Hanna Lee Raymer, 45, of Lost Tree Lane, Mooresville, was served with two true bill felony indictments.
JUNE 29
♦ Mariah Catherine Bailey, 31, of Fourth Creek Landing Drive, Statesville, charged with common law robbery and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Andie Linnea Cornell, 33, of Sparkling Cove Lane, Buford, Ga., charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
♦ Matthew Shawn Jenkins, 33, of Chal Drive, Statesville, charged with identity theft, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor probation violation.
JUNE 30
♦ Jarling Antonio Aruello-Mendoza, 31, of Woodthrush Drive, Charlotte, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ Sarah Ann Caceres, 41, of Berriere Road, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
JULY 1
♦ Roky Dumitru, 37, of Cadmium Court, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen goods.
♦ Charles James Lyons, 25, of Big Forest Drive, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering and larceny after breaking or entering.
♦ Brittany Dawn Riley, 31, of Sandra Drive, Statesville, charged with child abuse inflicting serious injury.
♦ Florin Mandalin Ruselea, 31, of Flushing Court, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen goods.
♦ Cristal Lea Sinovich, 43, of Rebel Hill Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance.
JULY 2
♦ David William Bennett, 73, of Unity Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change.
♦ Junior Darrell Cole II, 51, of Big Forest Drive, Statesville, charged with harboring or aiding an escapee.
♦ William Charles Dockery, 43, of S. Main Street, Dobson, charged with two counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor trespass.
♦ Daniel Gartin, 44, of Humphrey Bridge Road, McDonald, Texas, charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and four misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ John Antonio Ikard, 40, of Lakeview Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Rebecca Emily Prevette, 22, of Big Forest Drive, Statesville, charged with harboring or aiding an escapee.
♦ Roland Thomas Simmons Jr., 42, of Miller Farm Road, Statesville, charged with second-degree kidnapping and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
