The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 13
♦ Devian Kristopher Erwin, 35, of S. Anderson Street, Morganton, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, a misdemeanor drug offense, misdemeanor driving with license revoked and a misdemeanor seatbelt violation.

♦ Wesley Aaron Hastings, 30, of Cherry Ridge Drive, Newton, charged with disclosing private images of an adult.

SEPTEMBER 14
♦ Acquilla Booze Cain Jr., 40, of Kennedy Court, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting serious injury to a law enforcement officer.

SEPTEMBER 17
♦ Kevin Michael Atkinson, 36, of US Highway 64, Morganton, charged with possession of stolen goods and misdemeanor larceny.

SEPTEMBER 18
♦ Gary Deywan Gibbs, 60, of West Front Street, Statesville, charged with sex offender at or near child premises.

♦ Abdullah Rahman Muhammad, 43, of New Castle Road, Greensboro, charged with three counts of fail to register as a sex offender.

♦ Crystal Rose Winstead, 38, of Gaither Road, Statesville, charged with probation violation.

SEPTEMBER 19
♦ John Fitzgerald Smyre, 57, of Eagle Mills Road, Hamptonville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Chase Stephen Taylor, 28, of Grayland Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, three misdemeanor drug offenses, misdemeanor driving with revoked license, misdemeanor flee or elude arrest with motor vehicle, and misdemeanor failure to stop for stop sign or flashing red light.

SEPTEMBER 20
♦ Zachary David Kutschenko, 40, of Oakridge Farm Highway, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
