The public is invited to an opening reception at the Iredell Arts Council honoring Tiya Caniel.
Caniel, who lives in Harmony, works in mixed media, collage, paint, jewelry design, photography and more. She was recently chosen as a Resident Artist for the QC Family Tree, Spring 2024.
Caniel’s exhibition, “Dreamscapes + Meditations,” will be on display in the Old Jail Galleries throughout February.
Drop in and visit with Caniel during the reception, view her works, enjoy refreshments and choose some original art for that Valentine’s gift giving.
The Artist Reception is scheduled for Wednesday, February 7, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The Iredell Arts Council is located at 203 S Meeting Street in Statesville.
