The Iredell Arts Council will host its annual Member Showcase, on Thursday, December 5.

The free community event, which begins at 5 p.m., is being held in conjunction with the Downtown Statesville Tree Lighting, which is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. This event offers visitors to downtown an opportunity to enjoy an evening filled with art, holiday cheer, and community spirit.

The Member Showcase will highlight a variety of artistic talents, including stained glass, paintings, and mixed-media works, created by members of the Iredell Arts Council. Guests will have the chance to meet the artists, view their creations, and support local talent.

This event will be held at the Iredell Arts Council, located at 203 S. Meeting Street in Statesville.
