The following criminal cases were resolved during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:
♦ Kevin Crider pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Attempted Trafficking in Opium or Heroin, Felony Possession/Receive Stolen Property Construction Site and Felony Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 25 to 39 months in prison at the expiration of 11 to 23 months in prison.
♦ Adrienne Johnson pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 16 to 29 months in prison.
♦ Joshua Elmore pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 19 to 32 months in prison.
♦ Terrez Walls pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 9 to 20 months in prison.
♦ Terry Jones pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, Felony Larceny, Felony Larceny Remove/Destroy/Deactivate Component and Attempted Felony Breaking or Entering and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 18 to 31 months in prison. He also received 8 to 19 months in prison on a Felony Probation Violation.
♦ Kisha Boggs pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 70 to 93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Bradley Reavis pleaded guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Sell Methamphetamine and Conspiracy to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 70 to 93 months in prison, consecutive to two consecutive sentences of 17 to 30 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Albert Stewart pleaded guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Opium, Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 90 to 120 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $100,000 fine.
♦ William Tyler pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 90 to 120 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $100,000 fine.
♦ Ebony Mills pleaded guilty to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver/Possess Controlled Substance within 1,000 Feet of School, two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 84 to 113 months in prison.
♦ Gregory Butler pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Possession of Controlled Substance in Prison or Jail and was sentenced to 70 to 93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Christopher Matheny pleaded guilty to Sell Fenatnyl, Sell Methamphetamine and Sell or Deliver Counterfeit Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 25 to 39 months, plus 25 to 39 months, plus 10 to 21 months in prison.
♦ Landis Glaspy pleaded guilty to Robbery with Dangerous Weapon and was sentenced to 60 to 84 months in prison.
♦ Eugenio Carbajal pleaded guilty to two counts of Conspiracy to Sell Methamphetamine, two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine, Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and Resisting an Officer and was sentenced to 19 to 32 months, plus 11 to 23 months, plus 11 to 23 months in prison.
♦ Vernon White pleaded guilty to Common Law Robbery and Assault on a Female and was sentenced to 24 to 38 months in prison.
♦ Traci Call pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Sell Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 9 to 20 months, plus 15 to 27 months in prison. The defendant also received 23 to 37 months on a Felony Probation Violation.
♦ Jaheim Vandiver pleaded guilty to Aid and Abet Assault with Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury, Possession of Firearm by Felon, Assault on a Female and Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 23 to 40 months in prison.
♦ Gavin Larkin pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon, Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 15 to 27 months in prison.
♦ Antonio Kearney pleaded guilty to Felony Serious Injury by Vehicle, Driving While Impaired and Misdemeanor Child Abuse and was sentenced to 13 to 25 months in prison.
♦ Christopher Bailey pleaded guilty to Attempted Breaking or Entering and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months in prison.
♦ Richard Babson pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering and Larceny, Safecracking and Habitual Breaking or Entering and was sentenced to 36 to 56 months in prison.
♦ Duncan Dula pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 7 to 18 months in prison.
♦ Charles Johnson pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Larceny and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 20 to 33 months in prison.
♦ Jaleel Dalton pleaded guilty to Habitual Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 21 to 35 months suspended with a 12-month active split sentence.
♦ Michael Richardson pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to 10 counts of Second-Degree Sexual Exploitation of Child and was sentenced to three consecutive sentences of 19 to 83 months in prison (including 60 months of post-release supervision on each count). The defendant was ordered to register as a sex offender.
♦ Jadan Floyd pleaded guilty to Robbery with Dangerous Weapon and was sentenced to 51 to 74 months in prison.
♦ David Welch pleaded guilty to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days.
♦ Michael Shinn pleaded guilty to three counts of Second Degree Forcible Sex Offense and was sentenced to 50 to 120 months in prison. He was ordered to register as a sex offender, and the judge issued a permanent no contact order with the victims.
♦ Aaron Salyer pleaded guilty to six counts of First-Degree Statutory Sex Offense, five counts of Statutory Rape and one count of Statutory Sex Offense and was sentenced to 259 to 371 months in prison. The defendant was ordered to register as a sex offender, and the judge issued a permanent no contact order with the victims.
♦ Tabitha Vain pleaded guilty to three counts of Felony Child Abuse – Sex Act and was sentenced to 38 to 106 months in prison and was ordered to register as a sex offender.
♦ Perry Hairston pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Second-Degree Kidnapping and was sentenced to 40 to 60 months in prison.
♦ Jessica Black pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Fentanyl, two counts of Sell or Deliver Fentanyl, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Fentanyl and Possession of Fentanyl and was sentenced to 21 to 35 months, plus 17 to 30 months in prison.
