The following cases were disposed of during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:

♦ Charles McCraven pleaded guilty to two counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 20 to 33 months in prison.

♦ Joel Starbuck pleaded guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance in Jail/Prison and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended with an active split sentence of 120 days in jail.

♦ Thomas Corbin pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny, Felony Conspiracy and Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 11 to 23 months in prison plus 11 to 23 months suspended.

♦ David Powell pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in prison.

♦ Urica Manning pleaded no contest to Felony Larceny and Conspiracy to Commit Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 16 to 29 months, plus 7 to 18 months in prison.

♦ Travis Moore pleaded no contest to Possession of Controlled Substances in Jail/Prison and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in prison.

Timothy Campbell pleaded guilty to First-Degree Statutory Sex Offense and two counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child and was sentenced to 192-291 months, plus 13 to 25 months, plus 13 to 25 months in prison.

Scottie Greer pleaded guilty to Habitual Felon, Possession of Controlled Substance in Jail/Prison and Sell Schedule III Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 78 to 106 months in prison.

Devon Heggs pleaded guilty to Habitual Felon, Possession of Firearm by Felon, Sell Cocaine, Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 96 to 128 months in prison.

♦ Randolph Minor pleaded guilty to Habitual Larceny and was sentenced to 25 to 39 months in prison.

♦ Caleb Meadows pleaded guilty to First-Degree Statutory Sex Offense and was sentenced to 144 to 233 months in prison.

Deanna Savoy pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 70 to 93 months in prison.

♦ Christopher Johnston pleaded guilty to two counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to three consecutive sentences of 15 to 27 months in prison.

Amber Perry pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Attempted Conspiracy to Traffick in Methamphetamine and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 15 to 27 months in prison.

♦ Jimena Vaglio-Navarrette pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Common Law Robbery and Second-Degree Burglary and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 10 to 21 months in prison.

♦ Terrance Hamlin pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in prison.

♦ Jacob Cox pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 13 to 25 months in prison.

♦ Ellis Sawyers pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering, Felony Larceny and Safecracking and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 12 to 24 months in prison, followed by 8 to 19 months suspended.

♦ Ethan Fritz pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine and Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 7 to 18 months in prison.

♦ Tony Snow pleaded guilty to three counts of Sell Methamphetamine and two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 13 to 25 months in prison.

♦ Terry Caldwell pleaded guilty to Common Law Robbery and Second-Degree Burglary and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 10 to 21 months in prison.

Joseph Ioerger pleaded guilty to Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 59 to 83 months in prison.

♦ Devin Gaither pleaded guilty to Failure to Register Address Change as a Sex Offender and was sentenced to 17 to 30 months in prison.

♦ Rebecca Roberts pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 to 23 months in prison.

♦ Christopher Warner was tried by a jury and was found guilty of two counts of Statutory Sex Offense and sentenced to 300 to 420 months in prison.

Bobby Campbell pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine, Sell Cocaine and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 78 to 106 months in prison.

♦ Terry Dalton pleaded guilty to Tampering with Sex Offender Satellite-Based Monitoring Device and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 87 to 117 months in prison.

♦ William Johnson pleaded guilty to Failure to Report an Online Identifier as a Registered Sex Offender and was sentenced to 13 to 25 months in prison.
