Mama’s Pizza Express is now open in Statesville.
The public is invited to attend the official ribbon-cutting at 12 noon on Tuesday, January 23, with the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce. Elected officials, WHIP Radio personalities and local business owners are expected to attend.
Mama’s Pizza Express is located at 721 Sullivan Road across from Ingles grocery store.
Owner Frank Manis and Manager Alex Yanes are excited about their newest venture. The also have locations in Huntersville and Cornelius locations.
Diners will be impressed with the extensive menu. Veteran pizza chef, voice-over artist and Mooresville resident John Elia guarantees their authenticity.
Mama’s Pizza Express offers take-out, delivery, and catering. Order online or call (980) 635-1990. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 10 p.m.
Hopefully they will deliver down to exit 144 at Troy’s old diner on Old Mountain Road. No one else will so we don’t get as much pizza as we would like.
