Mooresville Arts has announced the winners of the 20th Anniversary Youth Art Show.
Over 200 young artists entered this year’s show. Submissions include paintings, drawings, pottery, mixed media and more.
Mooresville Arts chair Brenda Pokorny said the organization is proud to showcase student artwork.
“Nothing compares to seeing the faces of our young community members light up when they see their artwork hung in our galleries,” Pokomy explained. “A heartfelt thank you to parents and educators who encourage and support these budding artists. Thank you also to show sponsor PeopleSuite Talent Solutions. And to all these talented young people, Bravo!”
A panel of artists, teachers and arts professionals helped judge this show.
The exhibit will be on display at Mooresville Arts, located at 103 W. Center Street, from March 5 – April 11. Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday 12 to 4 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
