The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

APRIL 2
♦ Shelly Melvin Scaglione, 55, of W. Center Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local facility, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor DWI and a misdemeanor drug offense.

APRIL 6
♦ Joshua Aaron Williams, 45, of Country Lane, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

APRIL 7
♦ Kelsey Marie Tysor, 29, of Boomer Road, Boomer, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

APRIL 11
♦ Richard Anthony Floyd, 50, of College Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

APRIL 12
♦ Tony Stephen Lowery, 25, of Mebane Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a stolen firearm.

♦ Evenecer Sifuentes-Espino, 33, of Executive Center Place, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
