The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

AUGUST 19
♦ Marsha Gail Holmes, 59, of Cloninger Road, Dallas, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

AUGUST 21
♦ Jimmy Vernod Eaddy Jr., 37, of Duchamp Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

AUGUST 22
♦ Jaquavion Marquis Abrams, 21, of Keisler Dairy Road, Conover, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Omarion Khibre Hinson, 19, of Lincoln Street, Albemarle, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor reckless driving, misdemeanor speeding, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Stephen Chapman Thomas, 39, of White Hemlock Lane, Charlotte, charged with two counts of fraud, possession of stolen property, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, escape, larceny, six counts of probation violation, two counts of misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor larceny and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

AUGUST 24
♦ John Jerome LaLonde, 55, of Wildwood Acres Circle, Mooresville, charged with stalking and violation of a domestic violence protection order.

AUGUST 25
♦ Anthony Jonathan Smyre, 34, of 11th Street, Statesville, charged with speeding to elude arrest and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

AUGUST 26
♦ Sheldon-Jerome Powell, 23, of Rainberry Drive, Mooresville, charged with larceny and misdemeanor larceny.

AUGUST 27
♦ Justin Leon Jacobs, 36, of Gurley Avenue, Greenville, S.C., charged with being a fugitive from justice, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Dorian Dalon Jeffries, 23, of Acorn Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

AUGUST 30
♦ Telley Delano Patterson, 23, of Eastway Drive, Charlotte, charged with counterfeiting, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

AUGUST 31
♦ Shelby Bradley-Grace Moose, 19, of W. Statesville Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Promice Endaezia Spencer, 26, of Sidney Crest Avenue, Charlotte, charged with larceny and fraud.
