The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
FEBRUARY 1
♦ Timothy Scott Pratt, 33, of Roy Shaw Road, Chesterfield, S.C., charged with two counts of forgery, three counts of obtaining property by false pretense, and three counts of being a fugitive from justice.
FEBRUARY 2
♦ Steven Donald Garmon, 35, of Winthrow Creek Road, Mooresville, charged with felony probation violation.
♦ Casey Nicole Hines, 33, of Sonya Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor larceny two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Kelsey Morgan Kvapil, 27, of Sagewood Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of larceny and four counts of misdemeanor larceny.
FEBRUARY 3
♦ Lawrence Howard Williams, 35, of Larragan Drive, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering, breaking or entering with intent to terrorize or injure, larceny after breaking or entering, possession of stolen property, misdemeanor drunk and disruptive, misdemeanor larceny, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
FEBRUARY 6
♦ Jamal Jean Leger, 18, of Avalon Reserve Drive, Mooresville, charged with armed robbery and two counts of conspiracy.
FEBRUARY 9
♦ Michelle Lee Waddell, 30, of Shiloh Church Road, Davidson, charged with trafficking in opium or heroin.
FEBRUARY 10
♦ Maurice Deon Rivers, 43, of N Church Street, Charlotte, charged with first-degree burglary, obtain property by false pretense, possession of a weapon by a felon, financial card fraud, possession of a stolen firearm, two counts of felony larceny, accessing computers, a misdemeanor weapon violation, two counts of misdemeanor resist or delay an officer and misdemeanor financial card fraud.
FEBRUARY 12
♦ Misty Spring Bryant, 46, of Stirewalt Road, China Grove, charged with conspiracy.
♦ Derrick William Jordan, 40, of Madelia Place, Mooresville, charged with solicit child by computer.
♦ Matthew Dale Miller, 40, of Albemarle Road, Mint Hill, charged with two counts of forgery, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of stolen property, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Ricky Leon Sweatt Jr., 39, of Sumner Street, Kannapolis, charged with larceny and conspiracy.
♦ Evita Chavela Williams, 30, of Kimmons Street, Landis, charged with larceny and conspiracy.
FEBRUARY 13
♦ Kwinci Malon Bridges, 27, of Willow Ridge Road, Charlotte, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Doris Ann Kelly, 53, of Mecklenburg Highway, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
FEBRUARY 15
♦ Daniel Sam Digenova, 60, of Florence Street, Schenectady, N.Y., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
