The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

FEBRUARY 16
♦ Haley Marie Carter, 23, of W. McCubins Street, Salisbury, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Antonio Jamar Kearney, 29, of Wilson Lee Boulevard, Statesville, charged with felony serious injury by vehicle, DWI and two counts of misdemeanor child abuse.

♦ Saveon Lamont Shy, 20, of Oakley Ind. Boulevard, Fairburn, Ga., charged with six counts of safecracking, possession of burglary tools, larceny, possession of a schedule II controlled substances, and six counts of misdemeanor injury to personal property.

♦ Andre Lamar Williams, 26, of S. Federal Highway, Dania, Fla., charged with six counts of safecracking, possession of burglary tools, larceny and six misdemeanor counts of injury to personal property.

FEBRUARY 18
♦ Alfonso Ivan Veloz, 29, of Lansing Circle, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 20
♦ Calvin Eugene Sifford, 58, of Ashe Street, Mooresville, charged with two counts of motor vehicle theft and attempted larceny.

FEBRUARY 21
♦ Caleb Wynn Loper, 24, of Leaping Brook Road, Lincolnton, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 22
♦ Melissa Grace Cooper, 35, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner and DWI.

♦ Kevin Brent Heath, 48, of Brims Road, Pinnacle, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, larceny and misdemeanor shoplifting.

FEBRUARY 23
♦ Jaybez Rodney Stewart, 34, of Delgany Drive, Charlotte, charged with larceny and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

FEBRUARY 24
♦ Keith Rowell Grier Jr., 22, of Old Steele Creek Road, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen property, speeding to elude arrest, six counts of conspiracy and two counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

FEBRUARY 26
♦ Kevin Sakeolo Smoutherson, 47, of Lincoln Street SW, Concord, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a stolen firearm and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

FEBRUARY 29
♦ Elizabeth Nicole Bass, 21, of E. Chamblee Drive, Salisbury, charged with embezzlement.
