The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
JANUARY 1
♦ Randall Bell, 59, of Cabarrus Avenue, Mooresville, charged with two counts of habitual larceny and misdemeanor larceny.
JANUARY 3
♦ Courtney Marie Stone, 36, of Burnhurst Lane, Denver, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Terrence Demario Williams, 39, of Laramie Court, Troutman, charged with possession of stolen goods, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 4
♦ Winter A’moni Brown, 22, of W. Mauney Avenue, Gastonia, charged with two counts of forgery, obtain property by false pretense, attempted obtain property by false pretense, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor carry a concealed weapon.
JANUARY 5
♦ Brandon Lee Huffman, 29, of Quarter Lane, Mooresville, charged with aggravated assault.
JANUARY 6
♦ Ralph Stuart, 63, of Middleton Place, Mooresville, charged with speed to elude arrest, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor speeding, misdemeanor fail to stop for red light, and misdemeanor window tint violation.
JANUARY 7
♦ Mario Lamar Kaiser Jr., 28, of North Tryon Street, Charlotte, charged with attempted obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Kristopher Ray Laws, 44, of Davenport Street, Newton, charged with larceny from a merchant and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Tony Wayne Perkins, 46, of Shearers Road, Mooresville, charged with felony probation violation, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor display fictitious tag.
JANUARY 9
♦ Bart Sterling Lunsford, 42, of Kiser Island Road, Terrell, charged with felony larceny, conspire to commit felony larceny, two counts of habitual larceny, misdemeanor conspiracy, misdemeanor larceny and two counts of misdemeanor contributing to delinquency of a minor.
♦ Jason Mark Antony Towers II, 27, of Charing Place, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
JANUARY 12
♦ Jessica J. Harris, 40, of E. Horah Street, Salisbury, charged with habitual larceny.
