The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
JULY 16
♦ Erick Mauricio Guevara, 27, of Limerick Road, Mooresville, charged with statutory rape of a child age 15 or younger and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
JULY 18
♦ Kenneth Dale Cross, 45, of E. Trade Street, Dallas, charged with four counts of probation violation and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Lannecs Jonathan Fulgencio, 27, of Town Square Circle, Mooresville, charged with speeding to elude arrest.
♦ Joshua Shanne Grissom, 34, of Faith Road, Mooresville, charged with probation violation.
JULY 22
♦ Meguel Shamar Edwards, 36, of Donna Street, Fayetteville, charged with larceny of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.
JULY 24
♦ William Charles Lounsberry, 48, of North Forrest Drive, Thomasville, charged with conspiracy, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Alexander Jon Staley, 23, of Blossom Hill Court, Mocksville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, three misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor trespass
♦ Angela Trueblood, 40, of McGee Road, Rural Hall, charged with habitual larceny, probation violation, three counts of misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor trespass and two counts of misdemeanor probation violation.
JULY 28
♦ Melinda Pitzer Pendergrass, 50, of Stanley Hill Road, Peterstown, W.Va., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JULY 29
♦ Houston Isaac Jacob’s, 28, of Knotty Pine Lane, Mooresville, charged with embezzlement.
JULY 30
♦ Richard Ketterman, 54, of Hawk Avenue, Mentor, Ohio, charged with being a fugitive from justice and possession of a stolen vehicle.
JULY 31
♦ Brandy Yeager Harris, 50, of Larry Drive, Charlotte, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
