The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

JULY 3
♦ Daquan Tyjeah Randall, 20, of S. Oakland Street, Dallas, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and carrying a concealed weapon.

JULY 4
♦ Justine Elizabeth Carlson, 33, of S. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JULY 5
♦ Malik Bernard Dunn, 28, of Tomsie Efird Lane, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Jada Danielle Gray, 25, of Barnswallow Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.

JULY 6
♦ Nathan Davis Decastro, 25, of W. Stewart Avenue, Mooresville, charged with trafficking opium or heroin.

♦ Donquarious Marcel Hall, 29, of Biesterfield Drive, Charlotte, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

JULY 8
♦ Natashia Laurie Vaughan, 33, of W. Main Street, Pulaski, Va., charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

JULY 10
♦ Mikhai Chibueze Amelie, 34, of Adam’s Street, Alameda, Calif., charged with larceny.

♦ Erick Cordova Jr., 27, of Charlotte Highway, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Michael Vance Owens, 20, of Pendleton Street, Greenville, S.C., charged with financial card fraud and misdemeanor larceny.

JULY 12
♦ Keith Louis Orshoski Jr., 37, of WC Avenue, Salisbury, charged with armed robbery, two counts of possession of stolen property, two counts of misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

JULY 13
♦ James Efird Bailey, 53, of S. Clay Street, Salisbury, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, larceny, misdemeanor trespass and misdemeanor shoplifting.

♦ Damian Tyler Clark, 21, of N. Church Street, Mooresville, charged with speeding to elude arrest.

JULY 14
♦ Joshua Manuel Lopez, 30, of Jasmine Circle, Troutman, charged with obtaining property by false pretense and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
