The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

OCTOBER 2
♦ Mitchell Moses III, 43, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with embezzlement and misdemeanor larceny.

OCTOBER 4
♦ John A. Euler, 50, of Catalina Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

OCTOBER 6
♦ Maggie Marie Doffin, 23, of Division Street, West Mifflin, Pa., charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

OCTOBER 8
♦ Gercobe Arnell McClain Jr., 37, of Scotch Moss Court, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver, speeding elude arrest, two misdemeanor drug offenses, misdemeanor child abuse, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon while minor present, and nine motor vehicle violations.

OCTOBER 11
♦ Elijah Peru Jamison, 18, of Havenbrook Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

♦ Ricky Wayne Turner, 60, of Marlowe Avenue, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

OCTOBER 12
♦ Joshua Andrew Moore, 37, of Ginger Lane, Mooresville, charged with transporting stolen property.

♦ Walter Javier Rivera, 23, of Avalon Park Circle, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor domestic violence, misdemeanor battery on an unborn child and misdemeanor assault on a female.

OCTOBER 14
♦ Tatiana Cepeda, 30, of NE 36th Street, Miami, Fla., charged with attempting to obtain property by false pretenses and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Duncan Terri’s Hopkins, 25, of Village View Drive, Mooresville, charged with being a fugitive from justice, two counts of attempting to obtain property by false pretenses, and conspire to obtain property by false pretenses.
