The 88th Annual Iredell County Agricultural Fair was packed with people Friday night. Fair-goers enjoyed the rides, carnival games, livestock shows and food. Parents chased after eager children tugging hands to ride rides and get yummy treats. The Iredell County Cooperative Extension held a cattle-judging contest with different age groups.

The fair, which began August 30, draws to close Saturday. The fair opens at 3 p.m.
