The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

DECEMBER 8
♦ Tyler Lewis Reid, 40, of Woodland Road, Statesville, charged with larceny.

DECEMBER 9
♦ William Herbert Pennell IV, 33, of Westwood Drive, Statesville, charged with larceny by servant or employee.

♦ Kevin Wayne Oxendine, 39, of Central Avenue, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering with intent to commit larceny and larceny after breaking or entering.

♦ Douglas Holmes Brotherton, 48 of Hannah Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

DECEMBER 10
♦ Averi Tyrrell Barnes, 34, of Lago Lane, Statesville, charged with manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

DECEMBER 12
♦ Justin McCoy, 33, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with assault on a firefighter or EMT.

DECEMBER 13
♦ Samuel Daprice Saddler Jr., 28, of Kimmon Road, Harmony, charged with possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun.

DECEMBER 14
♦ Donald Kelly Ferrell, 48, of 5th Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

DECEMBER 18
♦ Noah Allen Miller, 35, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle.
