FEBRUARY 4
♦ Courtney Eugene Daniels, 20, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering with intent to commit felony.

♦ Hugh Shriki Gaither, 48, of Woodlawn Drive, Statesville, charged with assault on first responder or hospital personnel.

♦ Darius Terrell Gray, 35, of Chambers Street, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure.

FEBRUARY 5
♦ Jose Alfredo Puga, 49, of Ramblewood Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of heroin.

FEBRUARY 7
♦ Shakeeba Janee Morgan, 36, of Raleigh Avenue, Statesville, charged with obstruction of justice and identity theft.

♦ Kala McKinsey Perkins, 28, of Linville Court, Lenoir, charged with obstruction of justice, flee/elude arrest in a motor vehicle and felony probation violation.

♦ William Thomas Wooten, 47, of 7th Street, charged with breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering and possession of burglary tools.

FEBRUARY 8
♦ Randall Antonin Carr II, 44, of Gladstone Street, Statesville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine, and trafficking opium or heroin.

FEBRUARY 15
♦ James Stanley Horne, 57, of Westover Drive, Lincolnton, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

FEBRUARY 16
♦ Alicia Mae Wellington, 26, of Lipton Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

FEBRUARY 18
♦ Tyrone Donte Fritz, 33, of West End Avenue, Statesville, charged with identity theft.

FEBRUARY 19
♦ Rashonda Denise McCathery, 41, of Wilson Lee Boulevard, Statesville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.
