The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

MARCH 14
♦ Justin Teshawn Dobbins, 33, of First Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

♦ Toney Louis Young Jr., 32, of Cone Lane, Statesville, charged with felony possession of  marijuana, flee or elude arrest with a motor vehicle, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver MDMA.

♦ Ashley Brecolin Millsaps, 41, of Statesville charged with felony probation violation.

♦ James Adrian Griffin Jr., 43, of Gay Street, Statesville, charged with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a felon.

♦ Alexis Mickeyl Lackey, 29, of Windrush Court, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting physical injury by strangulation, and breaking or entering a motor vehicle.

♦ Darren Raynard Warren Jr., 32, of Queens Road, Hickory, charged with larceny or a motor vehicle.

♦ Demario Sanchez Patrick, 31, of Galley Lane, Statesville, charged with flee or elude arrest in a motor vehicle.

♦ Gabriel Crank, 18, of Wylie Road, Chester, S.C., charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

MARCH 23
♦ Victor Dwayne Hall, 57, of Park Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Lucas Micheal Born, 28, of Jobe Drive, Statesville, charged with felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana.

♦ Stanley Maurice Cowan, 37, of W. Front Street, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine.
