MAY 14
♦ Joshua Andrew Moore, 36, of Amity Hill Road, Statesville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.

♦ Donald Wayne Church Jr., 25, of Mock Mill Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

MAY 16
♦ Ashley Nicole Wilson, 35, of Clay Street, Statesville, charged with embezzlement of property.

MAY 19
♦ Shelby Ronald Laguerre, 19, of Abercromby Street, Charlotte, charged with assault or affray on a firefighter, EMT, medical responder and hospital personnel/security.

♦ Jessica Ruth Whitman, 26, of Moser Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of cocaine.

MAY 21
♦ Emily Ann Millsaps, 29, of Chestnut Grove Road, Statesville, charged with trafficking methamphetamine and interfering with electronic monitoring device.

♦ Charlies Richard Summers Jr., 44, of Delight Loop, Statesville, charged with alter or remove serial number from firearm, possession of a firearm with serial number removed, possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm by a felon.

♦ Travis Paul, 44, of Taylorsville Road, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting physical injury.
