SEPTEMBER 6
♦ Breanna Amber Garcia, 30, of no fixed address, charged with common law robbery.

SEPTEMBER 7
♦ Cody Allen Mortenson, 36, of Fieldstone Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

♦ Fredrick Dewayne Rankin, 51, of Lackey Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

SEPTEMBER 9
♦ Jacqueline Marie Decelle, 37, of E. Broad Street, Statesville, charged with embezzlement and larceny by employee.

SEPTEMBER 17
♦ Steven Tyler Lynn Hass, 26, of High Point Avenue, Statesville, charged with flee or elude arrest in a motor vehicle.

SEPTEMBER 18
♦ Noel Ethan Alexander, 24, of Diamond Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

SEPTEMBER 19
♦ Larry Lee Willard Jr., 38, of Creekridge Drive, King, charged with first-degree statutory sex offense and indecent liberties with children.

SEPTEMBER 22
♦ Isaiah Leon Mayfield III, 52, of S. Green Street, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
