The Statesville Tractor Supply is hosting a pet adoption event on Saturday, June 8, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The pet adoption event, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., is open to the public and friendly, leashed pets. 

During the event, representatives of Rusty’s Rescue Ranch will be on hand with dogs and cats looking for homes.

“As an active advocate and supporter of pet rescue and adoption, Tractor Supply strives to inform our customers of the pet adoption process by providing a safe and comfortable space for placing adorable animals in welcoming homes,” said store manager Jeff Johnson. “Through this and other year-round adoption events, our goal at Statesville store is to connect adoptable pets with interested owners.”

During the pet adoption event, the store will also hold pet treat tasting event. This event will give pets the chance to sample a variety of pet treats available at Tractor Supply Company.

The store is located at 1134 Crossroads Drive in Statesville.
