The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
APRIL 16
♦ Carl Adrian Miles, 33, of Tatum Road, Olin, charged with possession of stolen goods, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
APRIL 18
♦ Joseph Perry Nance, 34, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with assaulting a detention officer resulting in physical injury, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
APRIL 19
♦ Cassidy Layle Bailey, 28, of Mills Valley Drive, Mooresville, charged with four counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, three counts of possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, four misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor probation violation.
♦ Ronald Philip Dulin, 56, of Pinewood Circle, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Zachary Dillon Lail, 31, of Mills Valley Drive, Mooresville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and possession of methamphetamine.
APRIL 20
♦ Arley Dwaine Brooks II, 51, of Johnson Dairy Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a weapon of mass destruction.
♦ Tacari Ahmed Clark, 24, of Foxcroft Terrace, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Brent Curtis Ivester, 42, of Quail Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
APRIL 21
♦ Gavin Kenneth Duggins, 19, of E. Broad Street, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, and misdemeanor defrauding an innkeeper or campground owner.
♦ Jesse L. Maloney, 35, of Skyland Drive, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.
APRIL 22
♦ Nori Page Riddle, 31, of W. Maranta Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
APRIL 23
♦ Arley Dwaine Brooks II, 51, of Johnson Dairy Road, Mooresville, charged with conspiracy.
APRIL 24
♦ Justin Bruce Hunt, 39, of Walnut Cove Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Shamyah Dalaine Conner, 22, of Yellowstone Lane, Statesville, charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
♦ Justin Antonio Franco, 26, of 4th Street Drive NW, Hickory, charged with discharging a firearm into occupied property.
♦ Alice Nicole Price, 31, of 23rd Street NW, Hickory, was served with a felony indictment.
♦ Devon Christopher Weiss, 25, of Will Wilson Lane, Taylorsville, charged with breaking or entering and misdemeanor vandalism.
APRIL 25
♦ Reginald Scott Brown, 38, of E. 2nd Street, Kannapolis, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
