The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JANUARY 10
♦ Jessica Marie Morse, 31, of Piedmont Point Drive, Mooresville, charged with uttering a forged instrument.

JANUARY 12
♦ Kendrell Dontea Mathis, 28, of Freedom Park Lane, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, felony probation violation and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Lisa Gant Turner, 57, of Log Cabin Lane, Wilkes, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JANUARY 13
♦ Troy Lee Waters, 58, of Paradise Peninsula Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle and larceny of a motor vehicle.

♦ Joshua Allen Williamson, 29, of Payne Road, Stony Point, charged with felony probation violation.

JANUARY 14
♦ John Daniel Maxwell, 23, of Claremont Way, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, larceny, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor injury to personal property, misdemeanor flee or elude arrest with a motor vehicle, misdemeanor reckless driving with wanton disregard and misdemeanor driving while license revoked.Jason Elihue Millsaps, 28, of Sandra Drive, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.

JANUARY 15
♦ Zackary Tyler Carter, 21, of Lamb Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ James William Heckman, 45, of Weddington Lane, Troutman, charged with sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change.

♦ Gregory Carlton Pettiford, ,33, of Makita Drive, Salisbury, charged with possessing stolen goods, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and misdemeanor carry a concealed weapon.

JANUARY 16
♦ Derek Kane Smith, 36, of Fieldstone Circle, Statesville, charged with nine counts of breaking or entering, larceny of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor injury to personal property, misdemeanor vandalism, and misdemeanor forcible trespass.

JANUARY 17
♦ Abel Santamaria-Hernandez, 24, of S. Main Street, Winston-Salem, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
