The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JANUARY 3
♦ James Carlton Aistrop, 50, of Fairdale Road, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Juan Escalantez-Fernandes, 24, of no fixed address, Sanford, charged with common law robbery and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ Marshall Jarrid Freeman, 42, of Wilkesboro Highway, Union Grove, charged with parole violation and misdemeanor breaking or entering a motor vehicle.

♦ Evan Brian Waters, 32, of Blackwelder Road, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.

JANUARY 4
♦ Tristan James Millsaps, 23, of N. Thomas Lane, Stony Point, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ William Herbert Pennell III, 54, of NC Highway 90, Hiddenite, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

JANUARY 5
♦ Andrew Steven Coleman, 36, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with identity theft.

♦ Jacques Girard Wilson, 51, of Concordia Avenue, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering and four counts of misdemeanor larceny.

JANUARY 6
♦ Tracy Lynn Bryant, 39, of E. Lackey Farm Road, Stony Point, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Roy Lee Williams, 53, of Soaring Lane, Princeton, W.Va., charged with felony probation violation.

JANUARY 7
♦ Christopher Ryan Oneill, 42, of Diamond Court, Wixom, Mich., charged with two counts of trafficking in marijuana, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Alfonso Ivan Veloz, 30, of Lansing Circle, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JANUARY 8
♦ Ronnie Lynn Benfield, 57, of Mt. Mourne Loop, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Tanja Jaqueline Leis, 54, of Peyton Place SW, Atlanta, Ga., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JANUARY 9
♦ Charles Conrad Crooks, 47, of Leslie Loop, Mooresville, charged with nine counts of identity theft, nine counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, exploitation of elder adult or disabled adult, two counts of felony probation violation and one count of misdemeanor probation violation.

♦ Scott Robert Johnson, 35, of Saddle Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure and violation of a domestic violence protective order with a deadly weapon.
