The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

MARCH 1
♦ Charles Andrew Harmon, 60, of Old Charlotte Road, Taylorsville, charged with first-degree statutory rape.

♦ Tyler Louis Howe, 37, of E. Edison Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Thomas Grayson Shoemaker, 21, of Alpine Circle, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ James Whitley Nathaniel Stokes, 38, of E. Greenbriar Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

MARCH 2
♦ Chelsea Nicole Millsaps, 33, of Childers Road, Cleveland, charged with two counts of trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor carry a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Brian Thomas Miller, 41, of S. Greenbriar Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Lane Alexander Perry, 31, of Childers Road, Cleveland, charged with two counts of trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Dillon Lynn Pharr, 29, of Deal Lane, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault.

MARCH 3
♦ Adalberto Amaya Duron, 45, of Fayetteville Avenue, Statesville, charged with larceny, obtaining property by false pretenses and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

♦ Thomas Timothy Komley, 19, of Carriage Drive, Harrisonburg, Va., charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

MARCH 4
♦ Bridgette Shane Beaver, 36, of Brantly Acres, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Cole Patrick Gibson, 22, of Harvest Ridge Way, Conway, S.C., was served with four felony indictments.

♦ Stephen Dennis Horner, 51, of Goldenrod Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

MARCH 5
♦ James Whitley Nathaniel Stokes, 38, of E. Greenbriar Road, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture a schedule III controlled substance.

MARCH 6
♦ Dominique Marquay Foster, 27, of Cedarhurst Drive, Charlotte, charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell a controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, sell or deliver controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a school, flee or elude arrest in a motor vehicle, two misdemeanor drug offenses, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor littering and six misdemeanor driving infractions.

♦ Arlena Ann Ritchie, 29, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
