The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
MARCH 21
♦ Crystal Star Anderson, 46, of Dana Lane, Gastonia, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Christopher Jason Cox, 50, of School Street, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, two misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor reckless driving.
♦ Roger Lynn Lytton, 53, of Twitty Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ James Lanier Smith Jr., 60, of no fixed address charged with four counts of identity theft, four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and larceny.
♦ Ashley Renee Stone, 38, of Westbrooke Circle, Gastonia, charged with being a fugitive from justice, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MARCH 22
♦ Mayon Dijion Hector, 31, of Riverview Drive, Hickory, charged with two counts of trafficking heroin, two misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Jake Ruben McCann, 40, of Kimmon Road, Harmony, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Marcelo Garcia Rojas, 26, of Shinnville Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Richard Eugene Van Lew, 55, of Forest Hollow Drive, Statesville, charged with fail to register as a sex offender and sex offender residence limitation violation.
♦ Jamion Marshal Whittington, 42, of 7th Avenue SW, Hickory, charged with two counts of trafficking heroin, two misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
MARCH 23
♦ Robert Michael DeYoung, 34, of Adams Street, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting serious injury to detention officer, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Jeffery Thomas Owensby, 23, of Lamberth Ridge Drive, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering with intent to terrorize or injure, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun, misdemeanor communicating threats, and misdemeanor discharging a firearm.
♦ Dawn Michelle Raines, 49, of Rinehardt Road, Mooresville, charged with felony probation violation.
MARCH 24
♦ Billy Joe Eldridge, 38, of Mallard Head Lane, Mooresville, charged with fail to register as a sex offender.
♦ Jerry Lynn Roberts Rollings, 44, of Southway Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MARCH 25
♦ Newton Marcell Brown Jr., 45, of Gold Street, Mooresville, charged with identity theft, possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Reginald Scott Brown, 38, of E. 2nd Street, Kannapolis, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
♦ Kimberly Elizabeth Keller, 35, of Hillcrest Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Chad Everette McCall, 52, of Ballingarry Drive, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Kevin Anthony Wellman, 35, of Pineville Road, Statesville, charged with safecracking, breaking or entering, and larceny.
MARCH 26
♦ Wassam Nassr Elhaj, 19, of Shoaf Street, Lexington, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ James Lanier Smith Jr., 60, of no fixed address charged with identity theft and two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Allen Eugene Stanley, 40, of Stagecrest Drive, Harmony, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, three misdemeanor drug offenses and two misdemeanor concealed weapon charges.
MARCH 27
♦ Michael Lee Cupp, 30, of Wilcox Karriker Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, two counts of felony possession of marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a firearm by a felon and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Julissa Lanee Miller, 31, of Wilcox Karriker Lane, Statesville, charged with two counts possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, two counts of felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ John Lawrence Rickert, 69, of Snow Creek Road, Statesville, charged with second-degree forcible sex offense.
