Iredell County offices and services will be closed on Friday, April 18, in observance of Good Friday and the Easter holiday.

This includes all units of:
• Animal Services and Control: Closed on Friday, April 18, with Animal Control Officers responding to emergency calls for injured or aggressive animals during this closure. Animal Services will reopen for general adoptions on Saturday, April 19, and will resume Saturday’s normal adoption hours from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.; Animal Control Officers will resume routine traffic and calls from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Department of Social Services: Child, Family and Adult Services (Mooresville and Statesville locations)
• Elections Office
• Government Center (Administration, Finance)
• ICATS — office closed and no routes running
• Public Health (Mooresville and Statesville) — offices closed and no Mobile Health Unit clinic Friday and Saturday
• Public Library (Statesville, Harmony and Troutman branches) — closed Friday and Saturday
• Register of Deeds Office
• Iredell County Solid Waste Facility: Friday, April 18, all facilities will be closed. All facilities will open on Saturday April 19, with regular hours. The 901 & Mooresville Stations will be closed Sunday, April 20. All facilities will reopen on Monday, April 21, with regular hours.

• Veteran Services
• Parks and Recreation
   – Recreation Center – Open 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Friday, April 18; 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday, April 19; closed Sunday, April 20.
   – Parks – Open dawn to dusk year-round.
   – Seasonal pool – Closed for the season, will reopen Memorial Day.
