The Iredell County Health Department invites the community to celebrate National Public Health Week during an interactive open house planned for April 9.

Planned for 4 to 7 p.m., the “Your Health, Our Mission” event will provide residents with an opportunity to explore health services, meet Health Department team members, and learn more about how public health workers promote community well-being.

Attendees will have the chance to:

♦ Tour the Mobile Health Unit;
♦ Browse available health services and resources;
♦ Enter a raffle for a chance to win a prize; and
♦ Enjoy refreshments while connecting with the staff

Join the Iredell County Health Department staff to celebrate public health and continue its mission of building a healthier Iredell County.

This is a free community event, and all are welcome to attend.

The Health Department is located at 318 Turnersburg Highway in Statesville.
