The following cases were disposed during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:
♦ Luis Arreola pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Cocaine and was sentenced to 35-51 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Randall Carr pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Opium/Heroin and six counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ William Morrison pleaded guilty to Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury and was sentenced to 25-42 months in prison.
♦ Bradley Potter pleaded guilty to Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury, Discharging a Weapon into Occupied Property and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 41-62 months in prison.
♦ Joshua Rice pleaded guilty to Felony Fleeing to Elude Arrest, three counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession Cocaine and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 84-113 months in prison.
♦ Jonathan Garcia pleaded guilty to Assault Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury and Assault on a Female and was sentenced to 15-27 months in prison.
♦ Travis Cousar pleaded guilty to Assault on a Detention Employee Inflicting Serious Injury, Assault on a Government Official, Felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a Government Official, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, 16 counts of Larceny of a Firearm, 28 counts of Breaking or Entering Motor Vehicle, and Secret Peeping and was sentenced to 41-59 months in prison.
♦ Ralph Washington pleaded guilty to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Indecent Liberties with a Child and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 44-113 months in prison. Defendant was ordered to register as a sex offender for his lifetime.
♦ Hannah Stephan pleaded guilty to Felony Intentional Child Abuse and was sentenced to 144-185 months in prison.
♦ Devon Bowersox pleaded guilty to three counts of Felony Negligent Child Abuse and was sentenced to three consecutive sentences of 31-50 months in prison.
♦ Devin Staley pleaded guilty to seven counts of Third-Degree Sexual Exploitation of Minor and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 5-15 months in prison followed by two consecutive suspended sentences of 5-15 months. Defendant was ordered to register as a sex offender.
♦ Romel McDonald pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny after Breaking or Entering and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.
♦ Epifanio Chavez-Labra pleaded guilty to Indecent Liberties with a Child and was sentenced to 13-25 months in prison. Defendant was ordered to register as a sex offender.
♦ Cheyanna Pardue pleaded guilty to Involuntary Manslaughter, Driving While Impaired, Driving While License Revoked Impaired Revocation and Felony Serious Injury by Vehicle and was sentenced to 18-31 months in prison.
♦ Tony Young pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Firearm by Felon and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 63-88 months in prison and 22-36 months in prison to run concurrently with the prior sentence.
♦ Joshua Sylvester pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon, Assault with Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 78-106 months in prison.
♦ William Miller pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine, two counts of Conspiracy to Traffic in Methamphetamine and Sell Cocaine and was sentenced to 90-120 months plus 18-31 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $100,000 fine.
♦ Hector Iglesias pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Cocaine and was sentenced to 70-96 months in prison.
♦ William Booth pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Felony Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 25-39 months in prison.
♦ Clinton Weber pleaded guilty to two counts of Attempted Sex Offense with a Child and two counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child and was sentenced to 100-180 months in prison. Defendant was ordered to register as a sex offender.
♦ Robin Gibson pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Opium/Heroin, five counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and two counts of Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison plus 25-39 months in prison plus 25-39 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Damon Jennette pleaded guilty to Felony Indecent Exposure in Presence of Minor and Misdemeanor Indecent Exposure and was sentenced to 7-18 months in prison. Defendant was ordered to register as a sex offender.
♦ Nathan DeCastro pleaded guilty to Attempted Conspiracy to Traffic in Opium and Attempted Trafficking in Opium and was sentenced to 13-25 months in prison followed by 25-42 months suspended.
♦ Timmy Sharpe pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Conspiracy to Traffic in Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison plus 20-33 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Nathaniel Cass pleaded guilty to Death by Distribution and was sentenced to 60-84 months in prison.
♦ Bradley Hasson pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison plus 15-27 months in prison.
♦ Christopher Quattlebaum pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest, two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and two counts of Possess Cocaine and was sentenced to three consecutive sentences of 11-23 months in prison.
♦ Gerri Martin pleaded guilty to Attempted Conspiracy to Traffic in Methamphetamine and Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 16-29 months in prison plus 16-29 months in prison.
♦ Cody Shepherd pleaded guilty to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 22-36 months in prison.
♦ Johnathan Cutler pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was sentenced to 12-24 months in prison plus 8-19 months in prison.
♦ Maurice Rivers pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Possess Stolen Firearm and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison.
♦ Shane Lawson pleaded guilty to Habitual Impaired Driving and was sentenced to 15-27 months in prison.
♦ Terrence Bailey pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 14-26 months in prison.
♦ Earl Killian III pleaded guilty to Habitual Impaired Driving and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison.
♦ Steven Abernethy pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Conspiracy to Traffic in Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison plus 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay two fines in the amount of $50,000.
♦ Patrick DeCastro pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Opium, Conspiracy to Traffic in Opium and Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison plus 9-20 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Jimmy Martin pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Conspiracy to Traffic in Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Bret Shove pleaded guilty to Felony Death by Vehicle, Driving While Impaired and Felony Serious Injury by Vehicle and was sentenced to 70-96 months in prison.
♦ George Lee pleaded guilty to Felony Death by Vehicle and Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 60-84 months in prison.
♦ Isaac Knox pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possess Methamphetamine, Possess Cocaine, Habitual Felon and Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was sentenced to 60-84 months in prison.
♦ Ja’Kwan Carlton pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 14-26 months in prison.
♦ Lucio Chavira pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Cocaine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $100,000 fine.
♦ Latawn Sloan pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possess Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to consecutive sentences of 25-39 months, 8-19 months and 120 days in prison.
♦ Kristina Shively pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Attempted Trafficking in Fentanyl and was sentenced to 16-29 months in prison.
