The following cases were among those disposed during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:
♦ Nicholas Tucker pleaded guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Controlled Substance, Possession of Firearm by Felon, two counts of Possession of Fentanyl, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Controlled Substance within 1,000 Feet of School, Interference with Electronic Monitor and Felony Failure to Appear and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison plus 26-44 months in prison.
♦ Logan Gregory pleaded guilty to Larceny by Removal of Anti-Theft Device and was sentenced to 16-29 months in prison.
♦ Joshua Waugh pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 16-29 months in prison and 12 months in prison to run concurrently with that sentence.
♦ Lizbeth Estradamojica pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Death by Vehicle and Driving While License Revoked Impaired Revocation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail plus 75 days suspended.
♦ Anthony Ikard pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.
♦ Endiaye Jefferson pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and Felony Conspiracy and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.
♦ Lanny Millraney pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 7-18 months in prison.
♦ Ahkytra Green pleaded guilty to Possession of Five or More Counterfeit Instruments and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.
♦ Barry Stewart pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Controlled Substance within 1,000 Feet of Park and was sentenced to 26-44 months in prison.
♦ Savonte Watkins pleaded guilty to three counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 18-31 months in prison.
♦ Matthew Jenkins pleaded guilty to Felony Obstruction of Justice and Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6-17 months in prison.
♦ Douglas Allison pleaded guilty to two counts of Attempted Trafficking in Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 60-84 months in prison.
♦ Tamir Randall pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Driving While Impaired and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 27-42 months in prison.
♦ Ernest Chambers pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and Assault on Government Officer and was sentenced to 13-25 months in prison.
