Iredell Health System has announced the addition of Jackie Elliott as program director for Iredell Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center.
Elliott has more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, including work in sales and account management, credentialing, and as a physician liaison. She accepted a position with Healogics in May 2023 as program director of another clinic before transferring in late 2024 to Iredell Health System’s Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center on Davie Avenue in Statesville.
Healogics is the leading wound care provider in the nation. Iredell Health System partners with Healogics to provide the best care for patients suffering from wounds and related complications.
“I am most excited about working with a great team of nurses and staff who not only care about our patients, but care about each other,” Elliott said.
Elliott’s expertise is a valuable asset to both Healogics and Iredell Health System.
“Accepting the position at Iredell Health System was the best decision I made in 2024,” she said. “They have been welcoming and very supportive. I look forward to the future here at Iredell Health, and, especially, Iredell Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center.”
Iredell Wound Care is proud to be one of only three Healogics Wound Care Centers in North Carolina, and the only in the Greater Charlotte area, to receive both the 2023 Center of Distinction and 2023 Clinical Excellence Award, a true testament to the exceptional care they provide.
In order to receive the Center of Distinction Award, Iredell Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center has achieved outstanding clinical outcomes for 12 consecutive months, including a patient satisfaction rate higher than 92 percent. Iredell Wound Care also scored in the top 10 percent of Healogics Wound Care Centers on the Clinical Excellence measure.
