The following cases were disposed in recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:
♦ Leonard Holland pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Cocaine, two counts of Sell or Deliver Cocaine and two counts of Possess Cocaine and was sentenced to 35-51 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Billy Allison pleaded guilty to three counts of Injury to Property to Obtain Nonferrous Metals and was sentenced to 25-39 months in prison.
♦ Jacob Mitchell pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Felony Possession of Fentanyl and was sentenced to 22-36 months in prison.
♦ Justin Edwards pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 17-30 months plus 7-18 months in prison.
♦ Dakota Drake pleaded guilty to Involuntary Manslaughter and Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 19-32 months in prison.
♦ Marcie Klinger pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11-23 months in prison.
♦ Ma You pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Marijuana and was sentenced to 7-18 months in prison.
♦ Siloi Tuilauuluu pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Marijuana and was sentenced to 5-15 months in prison.
♦ Darrin Rash pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Death by Vehicle, No Insurance and Driving While License Revoked and was sentenced to 150 days in prison.
♦ George Arteago-Pesantez pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell or Deliver Cocaine, Sell or Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance and Injury to Personal Property and was sentenced to 13-25 months plus 13-25 months suspended.
♦ Roger Brown pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana and Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 10-21 months plus 10-21 months suspended.
♦ Brandon Joyner Sr. pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana, Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and Violation of a Domestic Violence Protective Order and was sentenced to 10-21 months plus 10-21 months suspended.
♦ Louis Streeter pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 17-30 months suspended.
♦ Billy McLendon pleaded guilty to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and Sell Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 14-26 months suspended.
Christopher Campbell pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 14-26 months suspended.
♦ Zakai Nwonye pleaded guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance in Jail, Malicious Conduct by Prisoner and Misdemeanor Crime of Domestic Violence and was sentenced to 6-17 months plus 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Angela Wolowitz pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana and Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was sentenced to 6-17 months plus 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Sara Green pleaded guilty to three counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ William Yorz pleaded guilty to Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Suzanne Stewart pleaded guilty to Driving While Impaired and Reckless Driving and was sentenced to 18 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.
♦ Sean Colley pleaded guilty to three counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile and was sentenced to 45 days plus 45 days suspended with an active split sentence of 3 days in jail.
♦ Quintin Roseboro pleaded no contest to Possession of Marijuana More Than One-Half Ounce up to One and One-Half Ounces of Marijuana and was sentenced to 120 days suspended.
♦ Vincent Nelson pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 150 days in prison.
♦ Desean Millsaps pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison.
♦ Juquan Garner pleaded guilty to Identity Theft and two counts of Breaking or Entering Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 13-25 months in prison.
♦ Waymir Parsons pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Conspiracy and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 19-32 months in prison.
♦ Steven Salgado pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Heroin and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Kenneth Hammond pleaded guilty to Assault on Female, Assault on Law Enforcement Officer Inflicting Serious Injury and Assault by Strangulation and was sentenced to 19-32 months in prison followed by 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Larry Pledger pleaded guilty to two counts of Habitual Impaired Driving and was sentenced to 21-35 months plus 21-35 months in prison.
♦ Tiffany Ritchie pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Attempted Trafficking in Opium or Heroin, four counts of Sell Methamphetamine and Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 13-25 months plus 10-21 months plus 10-21 months plus 10-21 months plus 10-21 months plus 10-21 months in prison.
