Special to IFN
Eighty-seven artists entered the 47th Anniversary SpringFest Judged Show & Competition, submitting a total of 158 entries. Artists from Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson, Charlotte and beyond are showcasing their talent and creativity in this exhibit, which is one of Mooresville Arts most popular and long-standing shows.
Artwork ranges from paintings and drawings to mixed media, pottery, glass, woodwork and more!
Artwork is for sale and art sales directly benefit local artists and Mooresville Arts, a nonprofit art gallery. You can see a complete collection of the artworks in this exhibit by visiting: https://mooresvillearts.org/springfest-judged-show
This year’s Judge, Emily T. Andress, artist and gallery owner, selected the show’s top honors.
“I had a difficult time narrowing down to eight winners. I find myself being drawn into pieces that tell a story with brushstrokes, expression, line work, etc.,” she said. “This is a show everyone should be proud of!”
Four Corners Framing & Gallery and Lake Norman Realty Inc. sponsored this year’s show.
