The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

DECEMBER 17
♦ Ronald Philip Dulin, 56, of Daventry Place, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a scheduled I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Nicholas James Pernice, 33, of Rustwood Drive, Mooresville, charged with larceny, conspire to commit larceny and misdemeanor larceny.

♦ Savannah Brooke Pernice, 33, of Bluffton Road, Mooresville, charged with conspire to commit larceny and misdemeanor larceny.

DECEMBER 18
♦ Kalyn Lamar Banks, 27, of Mount Olive Road, Clarkton, charged with speeding to elude arrest.

♦ Condarius Nigel Mason, 33, of Luther Street, Charlotte, charged with felony probation violation, two counts of habitual larceny and 12 misdemeanor charges.

♦ Phillip Lamont James II, 37, of Tiger Lily Lane, Charlotte, charged with violation of a domestic violence protective order.

DECEMBER 19
♦ Kristi Renee Moore Robinson, 36 of N. Church Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen property.

DECEMBER 21
♦ Shirlene Laqusha Blakeney, 52, of Remont Road, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering, larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny.

♦ Jorge Antonio Gomez Zepeda, 28, of Rebecca Jane Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor DWI.

DECEMBER 22
♦ Rudolph Thompson, 69, of Kirkview Lane, Charlotte, charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, two counts of misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor injury to personal property.

DECEMBER 23
♦ Jennifer Cook Bumgarner, 54, of Cabarrus Avenue, Mooresville, charged with habitual larceny and two counts of shoplifting.

♦ Gabriela Ana Maria Constantin, 19, of Dakin Street, Denver, Colo., charged with two counts of larceny of property and organized retail theft.

♦ Victoria Lynn Sykora, 40, of Hager Lake Road, Mooresville, charged with failing to return a hired vehicle.

DECEMBER 24
♦ Lindsey Gambrielle Shumaker, 38, of Candlewood Drive, Sherrills Ford, charged with larceny and misdemeanor larceny.

DECEMBER 25
♦ Patrick Randelle McLaughlin, 46, of Parker Avenue, Mooresville, charged with armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon with serious injury.

DECEMBER 26
♦ John Ervin Mills IV, 30, of Bruce Avenue, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, three misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

DECEMBER 27
♦ Dwayne Clark Helms, 49, of Louise Drive, Mooresville, charged with three counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle. possession of a weapon by a felon, two counts felony larceny, felony breaking or entering, three counts of misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor assault on a female.

DECEMBER 28
♦ Sharod Rashon Phelps, 26, of Town Loop, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, misdemeanor discharge a firearm in an enclosure, discharge a firearm in city limits, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

DECEMBER 29
♦ Elijah Peru Jamison, 19, of Hedgewood Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, three misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ Andrea Marie Yeomans, 39, of E. Americana Drive, Mooresville, charged with embezzlement.

DECEMBER 30
♦ Kres Blair Roberts, 39, of Emmanuel Drive, Charlotte, charged with deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, conspiracy, organized retail theft and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Robert William Smith, 44, of Emmanuel Drive, Charlotte, charged with larceny, conspiracy, and organized retail theft.

DECEMBER 31
♦ Katelyn Grace Clouse, 28, of Colonial Ridge Circle, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, misdemeanor DWI and misdemeanor fail to report an accident.
