The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
FEBRUARY 2
♦ Raymond Lee Morris, 71, of Correll Road, Troy, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
FEBRUARY 3
♦ Johnathan Lee Elledge, 29, of Greenhorn Road, Roaring River, charged with three counts of trafficking in opium or heroin and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
FEBRUARY 4
♦ Christopher Sean Resue, 29, of Talbert Woods Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a child and possession of a schedule I controlled substance,
♦ Jonathon Lee Cox, 36, of Gabriel Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor assault.
FEBRUARY 5
♦ Armani Justice Bartee-Stewart, 26, of Avalon Park Circle, Mooresville, charged with speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor reckless driving with wanton disregard and several other driving infractions.
FEBRUARY 6
♦ Dajae Jontair Darby, 33, of Huntingmiddle Lane, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice, three counts of financial identity theft, breaking or entering, larceny, conspiracy, speeding elude arrest, misdemeanor fraud and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
FEBRUARY 8
♦ Phillip Shane Jolley, 49, of Jasmine Circle, Troutman, charged with assaulting a government official with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor speeding to elude arrest and misdemeanor driving while license revoked.
FEBRUARY 10
♦ Daniel Marc Sanchez, 18, of Talbert Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle.
FEBRUARY 11
♦ Kevin Heath Weatherman Gaddy, 53, of Southway Lane, Statesville, charged with being a fugitive from justice and misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protection order.
FEBRUARY 12
♦ Amanda Victoria Wachtman, 27, of Lark Glen Drive, Mooresville, charged with embezzlement.
♦ Kassie Michelle Blackwell, 35, of Black Road, Salisbury, charged with possession of counterfeit controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver and a misdemeanor drug offense.
FEBRUARY 13
♦ Luis Armando Perez, 40, of Fuller Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer with physical injury and resisting arrest or delay an officer.
FEBRUARY 14
♦ Matthew John Laica, 31, of Kennerly Center Drive, Mooresville, charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner, misdemeanor resisting arrest or delay an officer, and two misdemeanor driving infractions.
FEBRUARY 15
♦ Morgan Andrew Chandler, 34, of Windrush Court, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ George Ramon Vasquez, 33, of E. Catawba Avenue, Mooresville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury and misdemeanor domestic violence.
♦ Donald Eugene Owens Jr., 42, of Featherstone Drive, Rockwell, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor larceny and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
