The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

JANUARY 17
♦ Lindsey Gabrielle Shumaker, 38, of Candlewood Drive, Sherrills Ford, charged with aiding and abetting obtaining property by false pretense.

JANUARY 18
♦ Chuck Eugene Bowman, 49, of W. Lackey Farm Road, Stony Point, charged with possession of a stolen firearm.

JANUARY 19
♦ Xavier Emerson Coey, 22, of Johnson Dairy Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen goods, three counts of felony probation violation, misdemeanor speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor driving while license revoked, and misdemeanor resisting arrest or delay an officer.

♦ Maleia Nicole Flouton, 29, of no fixed address charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, larceny, two misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor driving while license revoked.

♦ Michael Parker Gobbel, 33, of Village View Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor carry a concealed weapon, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor DWI.

♦ Madison Anne Hackett, 21, of Johnson Dairy Road, Mooresville, charged with larceny and misdemeanor second-degree trespass.

♦ Chad Thomas Pressley, 38, of Wildwood Acres Circle, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor domestic violence.

♦ Macaih Withers Similton, 22, of Marborough Drive, Charlotte, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, a felony weapons offense, two felony misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor driving while license revoked .

♦ Gregory Shawn Terry, 50, of Oak Breeze Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, larceny after breaking or entering, felony probation violation, two counts of misdemeanor injury to property, misdemeanor breaking or entering, two counts of misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor driving while license revoked.

JANUARY 20
♦ Michael Aaron Provenza, 42, of London Road, Mooresville, charged with two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin, possession of drugs at or near a school, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

JANUARY 23
♦ Delana Leigh Fisher, 41, of W. Statesville Avenue, Mooresville, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JANUARY 25
♦ Lindsay Catherine Ashley, 33, of Collingham Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, larceny, possession of a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ Ji-Tu Bobby Smith, 42, of Fiddleleaf Court, Charlotte, charged with larceny, attempted common law robbery, and three counts of misdemeanor assault.

JANUARY 26
♦ Guy Gerald Gulickson, 68, of Derwood Drive, Sherrills Ford, charged with intimidating a witness.

JANUARY 27
♦ Dominic Luke Jankowski, 25, of Spring Acres Drive, Kannapolis, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense and three motor vehicle violations.

♦ Logan Lee Roper, 25, of Woodlawn Street, Belmont, charged with nine counts of larceny and misdemeanor resisting arrest or delay an officer.

JANUARY 28
♦ Kathryn Elise Suggs, 26, of London Road, Mooresville, charged with seven counts of breaking or entering and one count of larceny.

JANUARY 30
♦ Jennifer Cook Bumgarner, 54, of Cabarrus Avenue, Mooresville, charged with habitual larceny.

JANUARY 31
♦ Wallace Armanhi De Olivera, 19, of Amon Lane, Pineville, charged with speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer and misdemeanor reckless driving.
