The Pine Lake Preparatory Board of Directors will accept applications beginning this week for positions that will be open in June 2025. While candidates for the Board-appointed positions do not need to be current parents, their children would receive priority enrollment.

The application will be available on Pine Lake Prep’s website starting Friday, February 7, at www.pinelakeprep.org/board-of-directors/news. The application window will close on Friday, February 21.

The Board strongly encourages candidates with expertise in financial oversight, school administration, policy/governance, non-profit management, strategic planning, or related skills to apply.

In our search for new board members, the Board is prioritizing individuals with a strong commitment to education and a proven background in institutional investment management; debt capital markets; budgeting and financial forecasting; and project management. Specifically, the Board is seeking those with experience in portfolio growth, institutional debt transactions, financial analysis, and managing capital projects, as these skills are essential to driving the school’s future growth and success.
