The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
APRIL 7
♦ Erin Brooks Shelton, 42, of Greylin Loop, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance.
APRIL 10
♦ Matthew Titus Torrence, 42, of Millsaps Street, Taylorsville, charged with possession of cocaine.
♦ Alisa Marie Moretz, 34, of Black Oak Ridge Road, Taylorsville, charged with felony probation violation.
APRIL 11
♦ William Alexander Jones, 56, of Valley River Road, Banner Elk, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
APRIL 12
♦ Shyheim Khalil Summers, 25, of Hickory Highway, Statesville, charge with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Steven Lamar Davis, 35, of Gay Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
APRIL 14
♦ Mario Sanchez Gibbs, 36, of Ruffin Loop, Troutman, charged with possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon.
APRIL 15
♦ Dana Allen Mckenney, 28, of Fall Street, Statesville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
♦ Richard Wilson Umberger, 26, of Wheatley Avenue, Charlotte, charged with larceny and conspiracy.
APRIL 16
♦ Donald Wayne Church Jr., 26, of S. Meeting Street, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
APRIL 18
♦ Justin Antonio Franco, 26, of 4th Street Drive NW, Hickory, charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
APRIL 19
♦ Jashwawn Malik Gibbs, 20, of Old Salisbury Road, Statesville, charged with flee or elude arrest with a motor vehicle.
♦ Aleah Michelle Bentley, 35, of Roland Drive, Jefferson, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
APRIL 21
♦ Carlton Alfred Dartt Jr., 66, of Wallace Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and possession of methamphetamine.
