The Stony Point Volunteer Fire Department will host a BBQ chicken fundraiser on Saturday, April 12.

The BBQ, which will be held at Station 1 (501 Ruritan Road) begins at 1 p.m. and lasts until it is sold out.

The cost is $10 per plate. The meal includes BBQ chicken, baked beans, slaw, roll and dessert. This is a drive-thru event.

The proceeds from the fundraiser will help pay for future SPVFD projects.
