Connie Sue Holland Weaver, 72, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.

She was born on June 28, 1947 in Statesville, N.C., to the late Finnis and Pansy Anderson Holland. Mrs. Weaver was retired from Cannon Mills. She was a member of Lake City Church in Mooresville. She enjoyed going to church, fishing, and animals.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hazel Lee Weaver; and sisters, Pearl Shuemake and Violet Worlley.

She is survived by her children, Fred Weaver (Kerry) and Mary Parris (Brad); and granddaughters, Mary Elizabeth Parris and Patricia Smith.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 28, from 3 to 4 p.m. with a service following at 4 p.m. at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Spradley officiating.
